I did this painting during my studio painting class at Woodmere Art Museum, December 2023. The title tells you what I was thinking as I worked on it.

I think this is terrific. The textures and forms are really visually appealing. My brain sees it as a dinner table with plates and fruit on its surface and chairs pulled in.
Thank you. I love your interpretation and I see it too. There is something about making totally abstract images that I find very freeing. I love how they are so infinitely evolving new personalities or thoughts depending on who sees them.
I saw this two days ago and have been thinking of it off and on since then. I love your pieces that are shapes within shapes. The borders cooperate with the shapes and the flat color enhances it all- that blue, that pink! Such a great painting, Claudia!
Thank you. I really like making painting like this because there is nothing to do but follow what’s put down on the canvas, and go where it goes. Once I make the initial marks, well, it’s all led by what I see from there, and I really like having no expectations and just letting things go!
Thank you for the explanation, it yields a lovely result!
Yes!!!! I love this piece and its title!!! ❤
Thank you. Somehow it just seemed fitting!
