I think people do not look at trees as individuals very often, but to me I think a tree has more characteristics of individuality that I can pick out, than a person (keeping in mind that I don’t recognize people well, even long time friends and family) I also really enjoy just following the patterns the branches and leaves make in almost any kind of tree.
Thank you. I think the layering of paints and marker marks really adds to that feeling, plus the fact that some of the print shows through from the original cardboard box (something that I really like).
