A while back I was watching TV and just letting my pen do whatever it wanted. Nothing exciting. Just pleasant time. I found these little scraps recently and thought I’d let them show off.
A whole lot of faces staring back at me.
I was drawing an electrical outlet box from a catalog picture and then I decided to place it at a party, talking to this guy. And what an odd conversation they are having, but you know, that’s what happens at parties.
Go ahead. Get a pad of paper and a pen and see what they come up with. It’s fun.

I love your doodles Claudia. They are so complete and they tell such stories. Your story telling brain must never flip off. Even your cool tiles tell stories.
My doodles are dopey hearts and flowers and exclamation points (for some reason) over and over. LOL Les doodles the way that you do, but I have to really think about drawing something before anything remotely could-be-cool comes out.

Thank you. I have always liked drawing little things like this but now… with the blog… I can show them to people and that encourages me to practice. I like thinking there are stories for each one or what they might be saying or doing.

Yes, and I always feel the fingers itching and then the pen leaps into action! I like doing it.

Thank you. You know, I used to knit, until I lost the urge some years back. I like making this kind of little drawings, it’s soothing and kind of interesting to see what emerges.
